Buying Firearms from Cedar Hill Arms

South Central Westover LLC, reserves the right to review and make changes to this policy as needed without Notice.
When you have settled on the firearm you want, add it to the basket. You can continue to shop or view the basket and proceed with the purchase. Please note, it is your responsibility to know and understand your state laws and restriction on the firearm you are purchasing from Cedar Hill Arms. 

You may purchase either as a Guest or Registered User, the choice is left up to you. It is recommend that you create an account with the store. Registered users will have access to special promotions offered, receive priority over guest on all allocated items and be able to write reviews. We value your feedback either way.
 
Choose a payment and shipping option. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We will also accept Certified Checks or Money Orders for shipped firearms.

If paying by Certified Check or Money Order, please contact us by phone at (512) 415-4274. We will take your order and place a hold on the firearm you want. We give you 10 business days to receive the Certified Check or Money Order. After 10 days if we have not received payment, the firearm is taken off hold put back out for sell once more.
 
Confirm order details. Then submit credit card information and click on "Confirm Order" -- your credit card will then be processed  and your order will be submitted! You will receive an order confirmation by email. (Upon order completion or when the credit card is "authorized" for the funds. We do not actually "capture" the authorization to your card until all or part of your order ships).
 
If you added accessories to your total purchase order, the accessories will incur a additional shipping charge based on weight and will ship separately from your firearm and directly to the shipping address that you indicate on the order.
 
 In order for us to ship your firearm we must first receive a signed copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) of the local dealer that you are having us ship the firearm to. You can obtain this information (or have your dealer send us this information on your behalf) and forward it onto us by email, fax, or post. We cannot ship your firearm until we have received this information and verified your dealers FFL status. It is your responsibility to provide this info in a timely manner. Please be sure to reference your name, the firearm(s) you are purchasing, and your order number along with the FFL information in the email, fax, or post -- or we will not be able to match the FFL information with your order. Any and all Firearms purchased are non refundable. We do not perform any warranty work on firearms. In the unlikely event you need warranty repairs performed, please contact the Manufacture directly.
